Your new password will be emailed to your email. If you do not know the email you used to sign up you will not be able to reset your password. Our support will not be able to tell you what your email or your password is. Once you login with your new password you may click on the Prefrences link located beside your Username/Character name in the upper left hand corner to change your password.
